As of June 15th, 2022, we received the documents from the Secretary of State, officially naming us Camp Comrade, Inc. We are working now to get the 501(c)3, non-profit EIN from the IRS. We have named three board of Directors: Wes Drake, Matthew Wheeler, and Sarah King. The bylaws will state the remaining board members, and we will publish their names as they come on board.
We look forward to serving you by providing an excellent place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors with not only your fellow comrades, but also your family. Hopefully you are shaking with excitement like I am writing this. Stay tuned, we are hoping to have our first camp out before the end of 2022.
